A tasty looking all-British fight is set to take place at the Cardiff Ice Arena, on Saturday 16th July.
The cash will see the unbeaten British and Commonwealth super-welterweight champion, Liam Williams go head-to-head with the WBO Intercontinental Champion Gary Corcoran.
Corcoran is also unbeaten having claimed the WBO title in a victory over Danny Butler, in March, to claim the vacant title.
There appears to be no love lost between the duo with Williams remarking about his opponent,
‘To be honest with you, I don’t like the man at all.
‘Gary thinks a lot of himself and I’m not sure why. He’s a confident man but I’m not sure where he gets that confidence from.
‘On his day he can be dangerous but I’m going to batter him, he won’t be able to handle my power.’
We wait for a response from Corcoran.
