Call me mad, call me bad, call me what you want, but I don?t think I?m alone when I say live for the day when one of the Klitschko brothers gets beaten.

I?m of the opinion that it would give the heavyweight scene the much-needed shake up it needs.

On October 5th, in Moscow, Wladimir is set to defend his title against the rated fighter Alexander Povetkin.

On paper, Povetkin, with 26 unbeaten fights to his name, looks as if he could realize my dream, but, time and time again, we?ve seen how the robotic Klitschko brothers have nullified the opposition and won.

Klitschko, unbeaten since he lost to Lamon Brewster in 2004, is already talking up the fight, remarking to the media,

‘This is the best fight that the heavyweight division has to offer at the moment.’

‘I’ve never boxed in Moscow and I’m looking forward to many Ukrainians and Russians who will come to the arena and create a special atmosphere.?

If I promise to pray every day between now and October 5th, will I be rewarded with a win for Povetin?

  • we all know they hand pick their opponents but perhaps they’ve got more on their hands than they realise this time!

  • Although they appear robotic you have to admire how they use their jab to keep opponents at bay!
