The champion is waiting is looking to do serious damage!

Whilst all the attention has been focussed on a potential heavyweight showdown, somewhere down the line, between Wladimir Klitschko and Tyson Fury, the heavyweight divisions? real knockout expert is awaiting his turn to realise a dream.

Over in the US, Deontay Wilder is getting ready to fight for the WBC version of the title where he?ll face the current heavyweight champion Bermane Stverne.

The fight is scheduled to take place at the MGM Grand, in Las Vegas, on 17th January 2015 and Wilder, with an unblemished record that reads 32-0 with all 32 by way of knockout, is looking to do serious early damage to Stiverne who has a respectable record that reads 24-1-1 with 21 wins coming by way of knockout.

In fact Wilder, who will have a height and reach advantage for the fight, has issued a chilling warning to the champion remarking on the social network site twitter,

?Stiverne look kind a cute as a pug. Too bad he about to get euthanized in January!! Lmao.?

I?m not going to argue with that, although it could be interesting to see how Wilder reacts if tagged by Stiverne!
