The ramifications relating to the bad judges scoring at the recent fight in Kiel, Germany, between Arthur Abraham continue.

With Eddie Hearn indignant with rage after the fight, mainly at the huge margins between the two fighters? scores, the suggestion that he was going to campaign for Paul Smith to be made the WBO mandatory challenger was forthcoming.

Well it seems that the ruckus has reached the WBO headquarters with the WBO Tweeting,

‘The #WBO is waiting to receive the assigned supervisor’s report and replaying the fight before giving an opinion on #AbrahamSmith.’

Hopefully the WBO will see that it was a joke, meanwhile Paul Smith has remarked to the media about a possible re-match,

‘The best outcome for me is for the WBO to watch the fight, sort the judges out, get three neutral and competent judges in, make me mandatory challenger and put the fight up for purse bids.’

‘Let’s do it again and have an immediate rematch.’

That would, I feel, the least the WBO can do after what happened on Saturday, but will they, that?s anyone?s guess!
