If the money was right!

With Carl Froch, on Saturday night, having avenged the defeat he suffered, in Denmark, by Mikkel Kessler, all the talk is of Froch now looking to avenge the only other defeat on his record, that inflicted by Andre Ward.

Ward, the unbeaten WBC champion, was thought to be only interested in fighting Froch on American soil, but it now appears money could tempt him to England, possibly Wembley Stadium, to take on Froch in an enticing bout.

Speaking about the possibility of coming to England to fight Froch, Ward is reported in the tabloid press as having remarked,

?The UK is not out of the question. A fight between me and Froch? We?d have to take that to Wembley.?

?I don?t have to come to the UK but it?s not out of the question.?

?Let?s talk about it if you?re serious or else just stop ringing my name up. First and foremost, America is where you?ve got to come to become a star.?

?His record is 4-2 on the road and he?s undefeated in the UK so I know why he wants it here.?

With the fight being such high profile, we reckon interest would be huge on both sides of the Atlantic and the fight would surely fund itself.
