Reports have filtered through this morning that Amir Khan has been arrested.
The former World Champion appears to have been involved in a confrontation with two teenagers in Manchester with several news sources implying that Amir has been arrested on charges of assaulting two 19 year-olds in Russell Street, Manchester just before 01:30 BST.
Although the Police are indicating that the injuries sustained by the men are not serious, these are worrying times for Amir.
However, we?ll reserve judgement on the former WBA and IBF light welterweight champion until further details relating to the fracas are forthcoming.
As it stands, Amir has been released on Police bail until mid-July.
