Yesterday, it was announced that Dereck Chisora and Queensbury Promotions had parted company.
A press release however, failed to confirm whether this was a temporary parting of the ways or whether his current deal had just run out.
Chisora, now 31-years of age is, you feel, at a crossroads in his career. After fights against Wladimir Klitschko, David Haye and two bouts with Tyson Fury, Chisora can never be accused of not mixing it with the best around.
However, in each of the above fights, Chisora came up short and was beaten.
With a professional record that reads 22-5 with 14 wins by way of knockout, it remains to be seen where he goes now.
Could Chisora be snapped up by the Matchroom Promotion team, who seem to be becoming something of a monopoly when it comes to British fighters, or could it be the end of the road for Dereck?
It remains to be seen!
The End of the Road for Chisora?
