Errol Spence Jnr got his wish when the IBF world welterweight title fight against Kell Brook was confirmed.

I read, somewhere, ahead of the deal being done that Spence Jnr was so desperate to be given the chance to dethrone Brook that he was willing for Brook?s dad to referee the fight and his mum to be one of the judges.

However, we?re sure that won?t be the case when Spence Jnr, with a record that reads 21-0 with 18 wins coming by knockout, strides out into a ring, somewhere in Sheffield, to take on the current IBF welterweight title holder, Brook, who has a ring record that reads 36-1 with 25 wins coming by knockout.

With some 35,000 fans expected to watch the fight, probably at the Sheffield United football ground, Bramall Lane, Errol Spence Jnr is confident that he?ll be taking the belt back to the US, remarking to the media,

?I know I?m definitely coming back with the belt.

?It might be a knockout, it might be a win by decision but the end result is I?m coming home with the belt.?

He?s a confident chap isn?t he but then again with his ring record you can probably see why.
