Back in April we witnessed a classic fight that ended somewhat controversially.

It saw Liam Smith take on Liam Williams with Smith getting the verdict courtesy of a stoppage in round ten due to a badly cut-eye Williams had sustained.

However, it was a controversial stoppage as the cut, Williams corner claimed, was caused by a headbutt.

Even more controversially, Williams, at the time of the stoppage was ahead on the scorecards of all three judges.

The injury Williams sustained was so bad that it needed plastic surgery to be carried out.

Now fit to fight again, it has been against that the duo will be having a re-match, in Manchester, on October 28th.

The fight will be for the WBO interim light-middleweight title, a title that Smith couldn?t claim after his controversial win last time as he?d failed to make the weight ahead of the fight.

The WBO title has been vacant since Saul Alvarez vacated it to move up to middleweight to challenge the unbeaten Gennady Golovkin for his WBC, IBF, IBO and WBA Super belts.

It?s definitely a fight to put in your diary, but who is going to win?

Do you favour Smith who now has a record that reads 25-1-1 or are you going for Williams who has a record that now reads 17-1?
