After beating Stephane Benito, in Hull, earlier this month, Bradley Saunders secured a title fight with Dave Ryan.

Saunders, unbeaten in twelve fights, was to fight Ryan for the Commonwealth super-lightweight title in Newcastle, this April.

Sadly the fight has had to be postponed after Saunders ruptured tendons in his hand, an injury that required the boxer to undergo surgery on Monday.

Due to the extent of the injury it is not known when the fight will be rescheduled for but we will endeavour to keep you posted.
