The Prizefighter Lightweights III event at York Hall in Bethnal Green takes place later this year, in early December in fact.
We now know that the Sky Sports covered even will see Gary Buckland and Stephen Foster Jnr headline.
Also featuring on December 6th event will be the fight between Martin Ward and Maxi Hughes, in what will be a British super featherweight title eliminator.
Buckland was the winner of Prizefighter Super Featherweights back in 2010, a second round knockout of Derry Matthews on that occasional at York Hall saw him lift that trophy with a meeting between himself and Foster Jnr, who he beat for a British title in 2012, on the cards.
Also confirmed for the event are Danny Cassius Connor, Michael Devine, Lee Martin and Floyd Moore.
Eddie is looking forward to this showpiece event that he’s happy to have back at ‘its spiritual home.’
Hearn told Sky Sport: ‘We haven’t had a Prizefighter since April this year and I’m excited to see the format return in its spiritual home.
‘The last time Gary Buckland was involved we saw him win a thrilling event and this line up is set to produce plenty of fireworks.
‘Martin J. Ward has the first crunch clash of his career when he steps up against the talented Maxi Hughes with the winning targeting a clash with super featherweight champion Gary Sykes. Exciting undefeated prospect Ohara Davies also return to actions he continues to make a name for himself in the Lightweight division.’
It certainly does promise to be another exciting, and indeed thrilling as he says, event!
