There has been speculation in various news vehicles as to who our heavyweight hope David Price might be fighting next.
Price, sitting ringside in recent Anthony Joshua fights, has called out the unbeaten fighter several times, but you get the feeling that fight is somewhere down the line.
However, the wonderful ways in which our sort moves has ensured that fight could happen sooner rather than later.
It has been announced that David Price will be fighting in his native Liverpool, at the Echo Arena, on 26th June.
Price, rebuilding his career since those two shattering knockouts by Tony Thompson, will be fighting for the European title against the German fighter, Erkan Teper.
For Price it will be his first fight in the UK for almost two years and gives the Liverpudlian the opportunity to grab a title that could move him into the upper echelons of the division whilst also giving him the opportunity to entice Joshua into a domestic clash many would love to see.
