Back on the comeback trail, the Liverpool heavyweight David Price was back in action last night.

Price was fighting ta the Brentwood Centre, in London, taking on the journeyman heavyweight Kamil Sokolowski.

After a couple of bad knockouts had seen people question Price?s chin, the fighter at least got back to winning ways last night.

In a fight that can best be described as dour, Price was given the verdict on points with the referee scoring the fight 60 ? 54.

Although Price was awarded every round, it looked as if the heavyweight had run out of steam by the last round and would have been in trouble against a heavyweight who can punch.

The win sees Price take his professional record to 22-4 with 18 wins coming via the big KO.

As to whether Price can get back in the mix to take on the likes of Dillian Whyte, Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury remains open to debate.
