Earlier in the week it was announced that David Price?s fight, in Berlin, had been cancelled.

In fact the whole promotion had been cancelled after the top-of-the-bill fight had to be called off after the world title holder, Marco Huck, fractured his thumb in training.

However, some quick work now means that David Price will be in action against the opponent he should have fought, in Berlin, Ondrej Pala.

The fight will now take place, courtesy of his promoters Sauerland, in Copenhagen at the Nordic Fight Night in Esbjerg, Denmark, on April 12th.

Talking about the up and coming contest, Price is quoted as having remarked,

‘Pala is a guy who isn?t afraid to come forward and trade.?

‘I am looking forward to getting in there with him and exchanging blows.?

‘I?m in great shape and I am confident that I am going to get the job done.’

Hopefully Price?s supporters in the United Kingdom will be able to access the bout via satellite television of some sorts.
