Yesterday, in Liverpool, a press conference was held ahead of the big-fight at the 02 Arena, in London, between David Haye and Tony Bellew.
There were fears that, after a previous press-conference ended with a punch being thrown, there could be trouble at this event.
Beforehand David Haye suggested it might be wise to put a fence between the two fighters who have a clear dislike for each other.
As it turned out there was a security guard in front of each boxer to prevent them getting at each other.
However, whilst it may have stopped any physical confrontation the verbal assaults flowed freely.
Haye, barracked constantly by the partisan Bellew crowd appeared to be coping fine until he snapped, raising the middle finger towards his baiters and calling them f****g r*****s.
Talking about the moment Haye appeared to lose it, Bellew had this to say to the media,
?It?s absolutely unbelievable that David Haye can?t control himself.
?He lost the plot. His language was just disgusting ? there were children in the audience.
?It really is all getting to him. When have you ever seen him act like this? You can only lie to yourself for so long.?
Now, normally, a lot of this guff is stage-managed to help promote the bout, but on this occasion the atmosphere crackled, these guys generally do not like each other.
Saturday night at the 02 Arena, is going to be something, how you might say, a little different but very highly charged.
Press Conference ? Haye Loses the Plot?
