With Vitali Klitschko having quit boxing to enter a political career in his troubled native Ukraine, could Kubrat Pulev be the man to end the families grasp of the heavyweight belts?

Wladimir Klitschko, still carry the family flag, will be making his next defence of his heavyweight crown on 9th September, in Hamburg, when he comes face to face with the Bulgarian, Pulev.

Pulev, who has racked up 11 knockouts in 20 fights has a good chance as long as he can nullify the jab from behind which the champion has orchestrated so many successful defences.

If Pulev can end the reign of Wladimir, it could give the heavyweight scene a real fillet and open up so many options for so many fighters.
