The top-of-the-bill fight, at the Monte Carlo show, features a recent addition to the Eddie Hearn camp.
The unbeaten Cuban heavyweight, Luis ?King Kong? Ortiz will be taking on Malik Scott.
Ortiz, with a record that reads 25-0 with 22 wins coming via knockout, will be hoping to overcome the challenge Malik brings to the table, with Malik being an experienced fighter who has a record that reads 38-2-1 with 13 wins coming by way of knockout.
At 38-years-old Ortiz needs to gate-crash the word stage and ahead of the bout with 36-year-old Malik, he?s already spoken of taking on Anthony Joshua, Deontay Wilder and Wladimir Klitschko.
Of the three, Joshua looks the best bet as he is in the same stable, but would Eddie Hearn be prepared to match the two, I think not, even more so with Joshua, although the IBF heavyweight champion, is still developing.
As for a winner on Saturday night at the Salle des Etoiles, I?m going for Ortiz by a mid-round stoppage.
