Last Saturday, another of the UK?s most promising young boxers, Anthony Ogogo, maintained his 100% record with the third win of his career.

Ogogo, managed by Golden Boy Promotions, run by Oscar de la Hoya, stopped the durable Gary Boulden in round 5 with another decent performance.

On the back of the win it is now looking as if the Golden Boy camp are going to give the Suffolk boxer the sort of exposure he could only dream of.

First up is a trip to Philadelphia to train with the absolute legend that is Bernard Hopkins.

Speaking about the forthcoming trip, Ogogo is quoted as having remarked,

?It will be a bit of a dream come true.?

?Bernard wants me to go over there and do a bit of training with him and wow, what an opportunity that is.?

?He?s one of the greatest fighters of our generation.?

?If he can teach me an ounce of what he?s got in his head I?ll come back a twice better boxer.?

But it gets better!

It is also being inferred that Ogogo will get a first outing on American soil with a possible bout on the undercard of the September clash between Floyd Mayweather Jr and Saul Alvarez, with Ogogo remarking to the media,

?Fingers crossed I?ll be on it. It hasn?t been confirmed yet.?

?I?m just making the right noises and Golden Boy are thinking ?we better give him a run out?.?

These are certainly exciting times for the 24 year-old London 2012 Olympic medal winner.
