Last week the papers carried pictures of Dereck Chisora carrying out community services after being found guilty of an altercation with a member of the public.
This weekend the man who beat him in his last fight, Tyson Fury, is in the papers for all the wrong reasons.
It transpires that Tyson, stuck in a traffic jam on the motorway; opted to use the hard shoulder to speed to his destination.
Pulled over by a motorway patrol, Tyson seemed shocked that he?d been stopped and proceeded to pull no punches, remarking to the police officers that had stopped him and asked him for his name,
?I?m a boxer. I?m a superstar, I?m a celebrity.?
Tyson then proceeded to note the officers numbers telling them,
?Good, I?m going to report YOU for jealously.?
However, his manner cut no ice with the officers who found the vehicle Tyson was travelling in to be uninsured and promptly impounded it.
Tyson was subsequently fined £1,000 and was given eight penalty points and ordered to pay £360 costs.
Whatever happened to the days when Frank Bruno and Lennox Lewis were deemed to be perfect gentlemen and upstanding citizens?
Not the Best of Examples???.
