With 60,000 tickets sold in an hour, after they went on sale on Monday, Eddie Hearn is looking to put together a sparkling under-card for the Froch v Groves II showdown.

One match-up that Hearn is looking to put together is at lightweight and it involves the popular West Ham fighter, Kevin Mitchell.

Hearn is trying, so several news sources are saying, to lure Miguel Vazquez, the current IBF lightweight champion to England for the Wembley bill.

Mitchell fights again this Saturday, at the Liverpool Echo Arena and, naturally, a victory against Mikheil Avakyan is absolutely imperative. But here at Vital Boxing we?ve no fears that Mitchell will do the business, on Saturday night, and march on to a May 31st showdown with Vazquez.
