Mayweather Mocks Khan!

Although Amir Khan has talked up fighting the legend that is Floyd Mayweather Junior, it remains to be seen whether he?ll get the chance.

Mayweather has decreed that he?ll only be fighting twice more before he hangs up his gloves and there are several, as well as Amir?s, big names in the frame.

But, do we sense that having discarded the fact that on a poll he organized, he opted not to fight Khan that he may well be having second thoughts?

The reason I ask is that Mayweather has spoken about Khan in a recent press release, a release perhaps designed to raise interest in a proposed bout between the two next May, with Mayweather remarking about Khan,

?When Khan was fighting as an amateur I was world champion. When he was in the Olympics I was world champion. When he was knocked out for the first time I was champion.?
