This Saturday evening, over in Las Vegas, it is a defining night for two British fighters.
Whilst Amir Khan will be going head?to-head with Devon Alexander, at the MGM Grand, his fellow Brit Andy Lee will be taking on the WBO middleweight champion Matt Korobov.
Korobov, a Russian fighter goes into this fight with a record that reads 24-0 with 14 by way of knockout whilst Lee will walk to the ring with a record that reads 33-2 with 23 by way of knockout.
For Lee it is the second shot he?ll be getting at the world title having been knocked out by Julio Cesar Chavez Junior, in 2012, in his first attempt at becoming a champion.
The fight is scheduled to take place at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, in Las Vegas.
Talking about his chance to grab glory at the second attempt, Lee has remarked to the media,
?I relish this opportunity to fight for the WBO middleweight title; I have never been more ready to win the title,?
?I am totally focused on the fight and I?m ready to take care of business on Saturday night.?
The feeling is that whilst Korobov has a unbeaten record he?s not unbeatable and if Lee can hang on in there until the later rounds he could get the verdict.
If that is the case then Lee has already indicated that the first thing he will do is grab the belt, hot-tail it down the road and sit ringside to cheer his pal Amir Khan on.
Fingers crossed everyone!
