Although nothing official has been announced yet, it seems that the boxing public are going to be given the chance to watch Joshua and Klitschko go head-to-head again.
Following the revelation, post the first fight, the contracts did have a re-match clause inserted in it, Eddie Hearn is convinced that following his performance against Joshua, at Wembley, Klitschko will take up the offer and hopefully provide the nation with another enthralling fight.
Talking about the prospect, Hearn is, according to the best-selling tabloid publication, The Sun, looking to stage the fight in Wales on Saturday 28th October.
Hearn, talking to the media, Hearn is quoted as having remarked,
?I believe Klitschko will go ahead with the rematch so we are looking at dates.
?The Principality Stadium is not available in November because of rugby so October 28 is the option.
?Most of December is available but I don?t really want to go that late.?
If the above happens, it?ll be interesting to see if any of the Boxing authorities decide to strip Joshua for not making a mandatory defence.
