Khan ? Taking on Guerrero?

As the war of words heats up between Amir Khan and the Floyd Mayweather camp, it looks as if Amir is getting set for a 6th December ring return.

The Bolton fighter, who wants a May 2015 showdown with the legendary Floyd Mayweather Junior, believing that he can beat him, is set for a bout in New York.

His promoter, the legend that is Oscar De La Hoya, has let the cat out of the bag with regards to Amir?s opponent by remarking,

?We want Amir and Guerrero to get it on in the Barclay Center, New York.?

With the Guerrero named being Robert Guerrero.

Now whether Khan will get that tussle with Mayweather, in May 2015, is, in my opinion doubtful. I have a sneaking suspicion that Mayweather will bow out with a bout against Manny Pacquiao, although it may well be three years later in taking place than it should have been.
