Whilst Carl Froch ponders over whether he will get that swansong Las Vegas date, one of his former foes is wondering if they can get together for a third fight.

Mikkel Kessler, who has been beaten twice by Froch, wants a third bout and has stated that he has no interest in fighting the likes of George Groves or James DeGale, clinically stating,

?I believe I am still in the top game ? not that Groves isn?t because he?s a great fighter.?

?I want the rematch with Carl instead of fighting the new fighters first to get the bigger ones.?

I have to ask whether the 35 year-old Dane would hold such a view if Groves were to win a world title knowing Groves would be calling Froch out for a third bout.

If pressed on who I?d prefer to see in the ring for a third fight, I?d probably opt for Groves v Froch rather than Froch v Kessler, how about you?
