A former great of the ring made a ring return last night taking his first steps into the ring for the first time in three years.

Zab Judah, who has held world titles at two different weights, took on Jorge Luis Munguia at the Sun National Bank Arena, in Trenton, New Jersey.

Unfortunately, the fight gave us very little chance of seeing what the 39-year-old might have to still offer the sport.

Judah was up against a fighter who just wasn?t in his class and the fight lasted less than two rounds.

Munguia was peppered by a series of power punches, by Judah, who showed his ring craft by switching angles. When a left to the head caught Munguia he slumped to the canvas, on his backside, enabling the referee to step in and stop the fight.

The victory extends Judah?s record to 43-9 with 30 wins coming by stoppage whilst the out-gunned Munguia sees his record slip to 12-8 with 4 wins coming by knockout.
