Last week, late last week, it was announced by Eddie Hearn that Anthony Joshua would be making the first defence of his IBF heavyweight title as soon as 25th June.

After ripping the crown off of Prince Charles Martin, Joshua had intimated that he?d like to be an active champion.

Today, the name of the opponent Joshua will come face-to-face with, in the O2 Arena, was announced.

Joshua will go head-to-head with the unbeaten American heavyweight Dominic Breazeale.

Breazeale will arrive in the UK with a record that reads 17-0 with 15 wins coming by way of knockout.

Talking about taking on the unbeaten 30-year-old American, Joshua has remarked,

‘I am looking to get past Breazeale in style.?

It promises to be another of those great Anthony Joshua nights at the O2 Arena and tickets for the event will, no doubt, sell out in minutes.
