Sometime after 13:30 hours this afternoon, the dulcet tones of the legend that is Michael Buffer, introduced Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko to the huge crowd assembled for the weigh-in, ahead of the world title heavyweight fight at Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.
Both boxers looked to be in fantastic shape as they made their way to the scales.
The reigning IBF heavyweight title holder, Anthony Joshua, tipped the scales at 17 stone 12 pounds whilst the challenger weighed-in ten pounds lighter at 17 stone 2 pounds.
Ahead of the fight the build-up had been carried out in an impeccable manner, there?d been no trash-talk and no pushing and shoving, but, suddenly, with the weigh-in upon us there was a change upon us.
Joshua, in the obligatory face-off, was all smiles, an air of confidence exuding from his honed body, meanwhile Klitschko was muttering in Joshua?s face, trying to get under the skin of his younger opponent.
The crowd picked up upon this and chants of ?Oh Anthony Joshua? resounded around the arena, getting louder by the second as they showed just who they were backing for the fight on Saturday night.
Being interviewed one last time by the media, Joshua was still the same cool geezer whilst Wladimir, peering over the crowd of people separating him from the heavyweight champion of the world, watched every second, afraid he?d miss something.
The fight is drawing closer and, just like it was promised, it is going to be a night to remember, bring it on!
