There?s no doubt that a fight between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury would be something the boxing public would lap up.
Tickets would be sold-out in a matter of minutes as the public awaited the clash of two giants of the heavyweight division.
Anthony Joshua?s popularity has never been higher, the Watford fighter has breathed new life into the sport and attracts crowds of 80,000 to his fights.
However, attending the George Groves v Chris Eubank Jnr fight, at the Manchester Arena on Saturday night, Tyson Fury was well received by the public.
But more to the point, he looked in far better shape than he has done for many-a-month.
But, with a fight against Joseph Parker fast approaching, a unification fight, then a possible fight, another unification fight, against Deontay Wilder this summer, Anthony Joshua is keeping busy.
When pressed on a possible fight with Tyson Fury, Joshua, quite rightly, pointed out,
?I?m not going to stop my career and wait for him, I?m going to keep on rocking and rolling.
?I?m a bit bored with talking about him ? let?s see him back fighting fit then he can talk about getting it on with me.
?When I won the world title I stayed active, but he didn?t.?
Perfectly true.
But will the duo ever come face-to-face in the ring, I?m not so sure, I need convincing that putting on all that excess weight and then shedding it hasn?t taken the edge off Tyson Fury?s game.
Your thoughts please.
