Anthony Joshua returns to the ring this Saturday evening after seeing his career temporarily put on hold courtesy of a back injury.

His opponent this Saturday night, in Newcastle, is Jason Gavern. However, Joshua is looking towards next year and a possible match-up with a former heavyweight champion of the world, David Haye.

Haye, as we?re all aware, has been out of the ring for a considerable time but there is talk in the air of a ring return.

Talking about a match-up with Haye, Joshua has remarked to the media,

?I have to make sure I am ready but David Haye is definitely in my vision.

?I?ve got to build myself up to that level but it would be a massive fight.

?He can really box and I like him. I think he would want to fight me and I don?t think he would be scared of me.

?But I?m raw and hungry, I can take a dig as well as give one.?

With Haye being besieged by injury and pulling out of two fights against Tyson Fury and then having to undergo a major shoulder operation, am I the only one who remains sceptical about a successful Haye comeback?
