On December 10th Anthony Joshua will climb into the ring at the Manchester Arena to defend his IBF heavyweight title for the second time.
His opponent will be Eric Molina with a fight against Wladimir Klitschko in the pipe-line for early in 2017.
Today Anthony Joshua held one of many press conferences that will precede his bout with Molina.
Although many predict Joshua to deal with Molina in emphatic fashion, Joshua issued a warning ahead of the fight, remarking,
?There is nowhere to hide come fight night, everything you have been training for is revealed.?
As so many fighters have found out when they?ve not trained as they should.
When pushed on whether he?d rather be fighting Wladimir Klitschko, as it appeared might be the case at one stage, Joshua further added,
?I just train as if I am going to win. I train because I enjoy it and it’s what I do. If I was fighting Klitschko or Molina I have the same ambition, and that is to win.?
When pushed on the heavyweight divisions status, Joshua had this to say,
?The division has been blown wide open. But people said that back in 2011. They will forever say that until a true dominant force like the Tysons and Holyfields comes into the division?
Could Anthony Joshua be the next big thing in a heavyweight division that is crying out to be unified?
