As well as the huge promotion at the O2 Arena, in London, tonight, there is another show of interest taking place in Moscow.

At the VTB Arena, the fading legend that is Roy Jones Junior faces the Welsh fighter Enzo Maccarinelli.

Both fighters are now operating in the cruiserweight division and the fight could propel either towards a shot at the current WBO champion Krzystof Glowaki.

Jones, now a Russian national, has a record that reads 62-8 with 45 of those wins coming by way of the big knockout whereas Maccarinelli has, in recent years, seen his record slip to 4-7 with 32 wins by knockout.

At the weigh in yesterday, Jones scaled 198 lbs whilst Maccarinelli weighed-in at 193 lbs.

The fight, an intriguing one between two fighters who are past their best, is a difficult one to call.

Has the veteran Jones still got what it takes or can Maccarinelli produce that one punch to end it all?

My views are that Jones will win, but the fight, I fear, will be intriguing but far from being a classic.
