Our spies tell us that Amir Khan?s opponent for his fight in December has finally been confirmed.
After all sorts of rumours, it appears that Amir, the #1 WBC, #2 WBA and #6 WBO welterweight contender, will take on the former two division world champion Devon Alexander on 13th December.
The fight will take place at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA over 12 rounds and will pit Khan who has a record that reads 29-3 with 19 by way of knockout against Alexander who has a record that reads 26-2 with 14 wins by way of knockout.
It is hoped that an impressive performance over Alexander will open the door for a showdown with Floyd Mayweather Junior in May 2015.
