With the heavyweight scene buzzing again thanks to Deontay Wilder becoming the first US heavyweight champion since Shannon Briggs in 2006, the #1 rated heavyweight has confirmed his next fight.
It would appear that Wladimir Klitschko has signed up to take on the unbeaten Bryant Jennings, a fighter who has a record that reads 19-0 with 10 by way of knockout.
The fight, so it is being reported, is scheduled to take place at the legendary boxing venue Madison Square Garden, in New York, on April 25th.
Here at Vital Boxing we?re glad the deal is done as we didn?t fancy watching Klitschko fight the standby opponent, the ageing Shannon Briggs.
Once Klitschko disposes of Jennings could it be the turn of our own Tyson Fury?
It Is Klitschko v Jennings!
