The boxing world is, as we?ve reported all week, clamouring for the chance to see our two super-bantamweight world title holders face each other in the ring.
Hopefully, public demand will override all the obstacles currently preventing Carl Frampton and Scott Quigg from teeing-off against each other.
But with both camps keen to get the fight sorted, Eddie Hearn has suggested that once his charge, Scott Quigg, gets through his successful defence against Stephane Jamoye tonight, then all concerned should be locked in a room until things are sorted out, remarking,
?After this fight, me Quigg, Barry McGuigan and Carl should sit down in a room and not leave until the fight is made.?
?We feel the fight has to happen for the fans, for the broadcasters and for the two fighters.?
It certainly does, so let?s make sure it happens!
In a Room, Doors Locked!
