At the SSE Arena, Wembley, on Saturday night, circumstances contrived to make Hughie Fury wait for what seemed an eternity before he could make his ring entrance.

With the medical staff treating the stricken Nick Blackwell, Hughie Fury?s fight couldn?t commence until the necessary medical staff were on hand in case something unfortunate happened to either Hughie Fury or his opponent Dominick Guinn.

Once the fight commenced, the action was basically all in one direction with the 40-year-old Guinn showing very little when it came to the offensive side of the sport.

Fury took the decision by a very lopsided ten rounds to nil, or 100-90 on the score-card but couldn?t stop his opponent. Although Guinn is in the veteran stage of his career and hasn?t fought much in the past two years, the fact that Hughie Fury couldn?t stop his man isn?t surprising as Guinn has never been knocked out in a career spanning forty-seven fights.

In taking the decision Hughie Fury extended his professional record to 19-0 with 10 wins coming by knockout.
