Our long running poll had, for the past two months or so, since the big-fight had been announced, focussed on the huge fight between Floyd Mayweather Junior and Manny Pacquiao last night.
Monitoring the poll, over the past few days, it had become obvious that the Vital Boxing fraternity were quite evenly split on who would emerge victorious in the MGM Grand, Las Vegas.
In fact the poll results were, on reflection, a lot closer than the actual fight which Mayweather won by the following points verdicts on the judge?s scorecards:-

In the end, and keeping you in suspense no longer, 54% of you predicted that Mayweather would win, compared to the 46% who though and upset was on the cards with Pacquiao winning.
