Is home advantage all it is cracked up to be?

The reason I ask is that whilst it is generally accepted, especially away from these shores, home boxers tend to get the decisions, Mikkel Kessler feels it can be a disadvantage with the Dan remarked ahead of his clash with Carl Froch this Saturday,

?Fighting at home, having all the fans behind you, can mean you make mistakes. They will expect Carl to go for it and show how aggressive he is and that?s a big pressure for Carl.?

Will Froch be affected by the heavy weight of expectancy from the home crowd?

  • Home advantage overall a big plus. Nervy about this fight though. Come on Carl. Always thought Froch has not had the publicity he should have had over his career by the way.
