In sixteen days? time; I?m convinced that the USA will have the heavyweight hero it has craved for.

Not since the emergence of Mike Tyson as the youngest heavyweight champion of the world, has the US welcomed the emergence of somebody who can take an opponent out with one punch on a regular basis.

Deontay Wilder is that man and with a record of 32-0 with all 32 coming by way of knockout, the forthcoming fight against the WBC heavyweight champion is much awaited seen by many as the crowning of the new king.

The current champion, Bermane Stiverne is no slouch and with a record of 24-1-1 with 21 by way of knockout, will be itching to dispel the myth that surrounds the young challenger.

But Deontay is buzzing, revelling in his role as the heavyweight champion of the world in waiting and has remarked about what lies ahead on the social network site twitter,

?2 week 2 days, ummmm yeah, I?m just excited. #BombZquadReady #AndTheNew,?

It will, mark my words, be a historic moment.
