The huge promotion, in Cardiff, is drawing ever nearer.

On Saturday 28th October Anthony Joshua will make a defence of his world heavyweight belts against Kubret Pulev.

Fighting on the under-card that night will be Dillian Whyte, a heavyweight who is edging towards a crack at a version of the world title.

Whyte has a record that reads 21-1 with 16 wins coming by way of knockout. The only blemish on his professional record being when he was stopped by Anthony Joshua.

However, with the promotion only four weeks away, it appears that no opponent has yet been named to fight Whyte.

Eddie Hearn, promoting the bill, reckons he has a top-ten fighter for Whyte to fight, with Hearn remarking to the media,

?I?m hoping to arrange the fight for Dillian Whyte early next week.

?All you heavyweights out there, if you need money and you want to fight Dillian Whyte, please call me. I?ve been going through the whole top 10, and no one wants the work with Dillian Whyte. I?m offering loads of money to fight Dillian Whyte on the October the 28th. I think I got one top ranked heavyweight that has actually said he?ll do it. I?ll tell you who wanted the fight. Jarrell Miller wanted the fight, but it looks like he?ll be on the November 11th card in New York. We?ll see what happens.?

Intriguing to say the least!
