With the WBA and IBF belts already in his possession, it appears that Anthony Joshua is looking to add the WBO belt to this collection next.

Although everyone would like to see Joshua go head-to-head with the WBC champion, Deontay Wilder, it seems the American?s terms leave a lot to be desired.

Eddie Hearn, talking about the way forward and a possible, nay probable, date with Parker in March of next year, has remarked to the media,

‘Joshua’s aim is to become undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and to do that he has to beat Joseph Parker and Deontay Wilder.

‘The Wilder fight is in dreamland at the moment because of his demands, but the Parker fight is very close.?

With speculation doing the rounds about how the purse for the fight should be split, Hearn confirmed that he?d have to, as he put it, overpay the man from New Zealand, further remarking,

‘Ultimately we’re going to have to because if you want to fight Anthony Joshua these guys want to be overpaid.

‘He’s the Willy Wonka golden ticket fight everybody wants and unfortunately for him it means sometimes taking a deal that isn’t right.?

Bring it on is what we say!
