Haye v Bellew Over Before It Has Started?

Let?s hope that isn?t the case but reports filtering through suggest the huge fight between David Haye and Tony Bellew could be set to be postponed.

Our good friends over at The Sun are suggesting that David Haye has picked up an Achilles problem that could cause the fighter to withdraw through injury.

Our referenced source is quick to point out that the Achilles injury, described as sore, has flared up over the past couple of days.

As a result Haye, so it is being reported, has flown to Munich to visit his private doctor.
Although I may have been critical of the exploits of both fighters in the build-up to the fight, the last thing the public needs, after splashing a lot of cash on tickets and hotels, is to see the ?Postponed? sign go up.

Let?s hope it is all a storm in a tea-cup and Haye is able to shake off the injury ahead of Saturday night.
