Last night, at the O2 Arena in London, David Haye continued his comeback with win number two.

Having decided to take on the unbeaten Kosovan, boxing out of a Swiss base, Arnold Gjergjaj, Haye proceeded to blow his opponent away inside two rounds.

Gjergjaj might have had one of the longest unbeaten runs on the European heavyweight scene but he simply wasn?t in Hayes class.

As soon as Gjergjaj felt the power of Haye?s punches it seemed that it would be only a matter of time before the end came.

Haye had his opponent on the floor three times, with one knockdown coming from nothing more than a jab, before the fight was stopped in the second round.

Gjergjaj offered nothing when it came to testing Haye and although the former two-weight world champion looked in fantastic shape, this latest fight proved nothing.

However, talking to the media afterwards Haye exuded confidence remarking,

‘I felt amazing

‘The fans have come out to see the future of heavyweight boxing. People thought I was the past, but I am still the future.?

The win moves Haye?s professional record to 28 wins from 30 fights with 26 of his wins coming by knockout.
