After just one bout in the last three years there is talk of the former heavyweight champion of the world, David Haye, returning to the ring.

Haye, who had major surgery on a shoulder injury, is looking to fight again sometime in September, against an opponent yet to be named.

At 33 years of age Haye still has plenty of time to get his career back on track and is looking for three fights before challenging for a version of the world title again.

As for who might be selected as the first opponent on the comeback trail, I doubt whether Tyson Fury would be interested.

Having seen two fights against Haye called off due to injuries suffered by Haye, I?d imagine that Fury wouldn?t, at this stage, be in the slightest bit interested in going down that route again.

However, with Haye back on the scene (apparently) it can only be good for Boxing!
