Over the weekend we reported on how, in a bout in Sheffield on Friday evening, the British welterweight Jerome Wilson had suffered a serious head injury when beaten by Serge Ambomo.
Since then it has been revealed that Wilson has undergone a life-saving brain operation and remains in a critical condition.
Here at Vital Boxing our prayers are with James and his family and we pray he pulls though this tragic consequence.
