As he seeks to continue in the sport and reach his goal.
After those two devastating losses to Carl Froch, especially the second one at Wembley Stadium when George Groves walked onto a punch that would have floored most super-middleweights in the world, many suspected that Groves would beat Badou Jack, over in Las Vegas on the undercard of the last Floyd Mayweather Junior fight, to finally become a world title holder.
Unfortunately, it wasn?t to be and Groves suffered a shock defeat that left us questioning whether Groves would be prepared to fight on.
Well it appears that George will be pulling those gloves on again but will be doing it with a different trainer behind him.
The Hammersmith fighter appears to have ditched Paddy Fitzpatrick and the 27-year-oldis looking to Robert McCracken as his possible new trainer with McCracken, ironically, being the force behind the very person who beat Groves in those first two world title bouts, Carl Froch.
Talking about a possible tie-up, Groves is quoted as having remarked,
?Rob is a great trainer ? one of the most successful in the UK.?
Could McCracken be the man to get Groves over the line and claim a world title?
