Or else there will be no fight!

With the press-conference held today, to add further publicity to a fight that doesn?t need that much pushing, George Groves has gone public on one of his conditions for taking the fight.

Groves, who many felt was extremely hard done by when Howard Foster stepped in to stop the first fight against Carl Froch, has decreed that the fight will only go ahead if neutral officials are appointed for the super-middleweight title re-match at Wembley Stadium.

In fact it appears that Groves isn?t for moving on this subject insisting the fight will not go ahead if his terms are not met, remarking,

‘That’s why I’ve requested neutral officials. It’s conditional on the fight going ahead.’

Here at Vital Boxing we?re certain that, on this occasion, George will get his wish!
