Tonight, one of the boxers that Vital Boxing continues to champion, Carl Frampton, returns to the ring.

After an eight month lay-off, recovering from an ear injury, Frampton is back in the ring to face the dangerous Frenchman, Jeremi Parodi.

The fight will be taking place at the Odyssey Arena, in Belfast, with the 8000 tickets having been sold out for weeks.

The fight is being talked about as an official eliminator for a crack at the current IBF super-bantamweight world champion, Kiko Martinez.

However, the irony of the situation is that Frampton, in a fight earlier in his career, destroyed Kiko Martinez.

One ex-fighter who knows a thing or two about the ring game, Ricky Hatton, has no doubt that Frampton is destined for great things, commenting about the Belfast lad,

?I see much of myself in Carl. He can go all the way.?

Off course he can and Vital Boxing will continue to champion a fighter who his manager, the legend that is Barry McGuigan, will become a global superstar.
