Tonight in New York, at the Barclay?s Centre to be precise, Brian Rose will attempt to become the WBO junior middleweight champion.

Rose, the #1 WBO mandatory challenger, with a record that reads 25-1-1 with 7 wins by way of knockout, will be taking on the current champion Demetrius Andrade who is an unbeaten fighter.

For Rose to win it will take an epic performance to win although the Blackpool fighter remains confident uttering pre-fight,

?Out of all of them, Andrade is the weakest of the world champions at light middleweight.?

?I haven?t come over here to get beat and just make up the numbers. I?m here to take the chance that I have earned, and I am positive that I am going to come home with a world title. I am here to do a job.?

Although Eddie Hearn may have done well to engineer this world title chance, here at Vital Boxing we feel it?ll all end in tears with Andrade coming out on top and getting another win to enhance his blossoming reputation.
