With his date with destiny just twenty-six days away, Tyson Fury has come up with a startling admission.

It seems that Fury, if he beats Wladimir Klitschko to grab the heavyweight titles the Ukrainian has held for what seems an eternity, Tyson has admitted that having achieved his dream he may hang his gloves up and retire.

Talking to the BBC, Tyson is quoted as having remarked,

‘After this fight I won’t have anything else to achieve and I’m on to a new part of my life.

‘If I’ve not got the motivation to carry on anymore then what would be the point?’

Continuing, Tyson had this to say about Klitschko,

‘He’s got tons of money, he’s been successful for 11 years as a champion. What more does a man need? That’s what’s going to let him down on the night.

‘But you’ve got to give him credit where credit is due because to take on a young, ambitious guy like myself who’s taller, bigger, faster, younger is a challenge in itself.’

That?s more like the Tyson we know.

But, before, if he wins, we get ready to wave goodbye to one of the showman?s of the sport, there was something said that suggested he would fight on implying he would be open to a fight against Anthony Joshua if he didn?t pursue the retirement option!
